Every enquiry gets an answer within one business day. If you want photographs of a specific specimen, say which lot and I will send them, along with anything you want to know about the eyes, the spines, the matrix or the bed.

Response

One business day, Monday to Friday. Viewing requests are usually possible within a fortnight.

Choosing a lot puts the reference in your message so I know exactly which animal you mean.

This form opens your own email client with the message pre-filled — nothing is sent to a third-party form service, and I never see it unless you send it.

Before you ask

The three questions I get most often are answered already, which saves a round trip for everyone.

Can I see it before buying?

Ask for additional photographs or condition information before buying. Inspection, shipping and return arrangements are those stated in the individual eBay listing.

Do you take offers?

If an eBay listing offers Best Offer, submit an offer there. Otherwise the listing's displayed purchase price applies.

Will you break a lot down for parts?

No. A trilobite sold in pieces is a bag of fragments, and the whole point of a specimen is the animal.
