B-grade Flexicalymene retrorsa trilobite collected directly from the Flat Run Fossils quarry in Mt. Orab, Ohio. This is a complete, well-preserved specimen with strong thoracic detail, good relief, and excellent contrast against the natural gray shale matrix. The specimen shows a crack through one side of the cephalon and slight disarticulation between the cephalon and first thoracic segment, both visible in the photos. This is an actual specimen from the Flat Run locality. The photos show the exact fossil you will receive.
